Chairman
The guiding principle of the institution is a fine amalgamation of modernity with tradition. Supreme emphasis is laid on providing the most modern and sophisticated learning environment coupled with Indian heritage, value system and National spirit.
Tradition gives us ethics and values and modernity gives us opportunity to apply those values to move ahead and meet the challenges proactively. The academic and cultural activities provide a platform where all students come together and explore the individual and group talents and resources. The faculty and management possess a high degree of integrity and knowledge that churns the students into efficient and effective human beings. Hence we say: "We nurture talent and alchemize it to perfection"
Vice Chairman
To remain competitive in today’s world, being proficient in one area will not suffice. One has to be familiar with other domains too. Our campus runs programmes on various competitive streams in scholastic and non scholastic areas.

Such an atmosphere helps students to share knowledge between different fields of study and gives them a network of life long confidence from various fields rather than just a one in which they are studying.
Personality grooming, effective communication skills, psychological finesse categorize the product of this institute as a distinct stand out personality.
The Management facilitates the faculty in periodical up gradations, motivation and familiarizes with nuances in disciplines. Thus the bond between them is strengthened and the commitment automatically is enhanced. This learning environment initiates learner to learn.
Principal
The prophet Kahlil Gibran speaking about children said, "children have their own thoughts, you may house their bodies, not their souls, for their souls dwell in the house of tomorrow………." creative spirit and generous joy are key in childhood, both of which can be distorted by an unthinking adult world. Fertile and robust education is always created, rooted in the physical and cultural soil of the child, and nourished through interaction with parents, teachers, fellow students and the community.
Our education system has become distant from the lives of our children. There is a gorge between school knowledge and competences and those which arise in abundance outside the school. This deprives children; it alienates them, suppresses their creativity and affects their ability to live life fully. There is lot of learning in our traditions of craft and oral lore preserved by innumerable groups in our society. Learning continues in rearing cattle, buying vegetables with your mother, playing kites, kho-kho, walking behind your father repairing a cycle/ motorcycle/ car.
I hope we actively engage children with the world around them, exploring, responding, inventing and working things out, and making meaning. That needs to be incorporated in to the curriculum of children. Teachers/ education provide the kernels of ideas, skills and capabilities that could be worked into forms and inventions that could enrich their own lives and society.
I anticipate binding together the sweet, simple joys of nature to the joy of knowledge.
